As a proud signee of the Menopause Workplace Pledge I believe all workplaces should be menopause-positive and everyone experiencing menopause symptoms should be supported at work. That’s why I’m sharing Wellbeing of Women’s Menopause Information Hub. It’s packed with health information, tips and support for managing the menopause at home and work. It's designed for people going through menopause themselves, but also their friends, families and colleagues.
